If you have questions please contact them at 888-804-8556. Dog Licenses: Dogs over 5 months old must be licensed every year before April 1st per state law. After April 1st, a $5 late fee will be assessed in addition to the license fees shown below. Buy dog licenses by mail from the Town Treasurer. Send current vaccination certificate and your license fees to the Town Treasurer at the Town's P.O. Box address. Enclose a self-addressed, stamped envelope with your payment. The Treasurer will return your vaccination certificate, license and tag in the envelope you provide. Make checks payable to Town of Belmont. Neutered/spayed licenses cost $12.
